Leadership Center of Excellence
This end to end Center of Excellence is concerned with taking the overall performance of the organization to a next-to-none level. With our strong belief that Organizations are mainly the group of people that work together to form this entity and with even a stronger belief that it is leadership and attitude that matter most; this school is developed as a program that talks to all levels because we also believe that every single member does matter.
We focus on elevating the level of professional maturity across all members of the organization and we divided the program to three levels; two levels of managers, which are unit managers and managers of managers and the third group are non-managers, who we also believe they have to develop their leadership skills; at the end of the day “leadership” is about attitude irrespective of the job level.
